Have you seen the applications for privileges at a Hospital? These apps remind me of the Bar applications for attorney licensure because of the scope and detail of the information requested and required to be disclosed in the application process.
I will never (and you are supposed to never say never) apply to sit for another Bar exam in this lifetime. Its not the Bar exam for me because I do well on standardized tests; its the application and recalling every parking ticket you had since age 16.
If you have to answer in the affirmative on one or more questions or if you are unsure of how to answer a question(s), talk to someone before you complete and submit the application.
Talk to a licensure defense attorney or an attorney with experience with hospital privileging and credentialing matters. The denial for hospital privileges follows you for the remainder of your career and you want to make informed decisions on how to proceed and be absolutely sure and comfortable with your application before you move forward.
