I presented a poster on legal issues facing nurses at the CAPNI conference at Methodist Hospital on Saturday. The conference had excellent attendance with over 175 attendees. There were may 15 exhibitors, primarily pharm companies and NP employers.
I was asked two questions about nursing malpractice in Indiana. Indiana enacted med mal reforms decades ago. There is alot of information available on Indiana State Medical Association website.
