I hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day Weekend. We did. I took two days off from work to relax with family and friends. I am going to take a few days off from work this month and a week off from work in July 2010 around my birthday and our wedding anniversary. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly was on TV this weekend. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Good,_the_Bad_and_the_Ugly. Yeah baby.
A nurse contacted me over the weekend about an Ohio Nursing Board complaint pending against her license. I spoke with the nurse and indicated to her that I would mail her additional information by mail and that I am available to represent her before the Board.
I searched the mailing address of the nurse on Google just to verify the correct address and spelling and I found out the nurse is listed on the Ohio Medicaid Termination & Exclusionary List. This is a very significant piece of information which was not disclosed to said attorney.
If you are involved in a State Nursing Board complaint and you plan to hire an attorney, disclose everything to your attorney related to your state nursing license or any state or federal regulatory agency investigation of your license, certification, or provider number.
Don't hold back, this attorney can handle truth! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hGvQtumNAY.
A nurse license defense attorney cannot represent, counsel, or advise you effectively if I don't know everything and I mean everything about your license, certification, or provider number. Give me the MAX!
Thanks, Joe. How are things going in Big Texas?
