I am blogging from the Ohio Board of Nursing meeting today. There will be a presentation on Just Culture. The Board is voting on Consent Agreements, issuing Notices of Opportunity for Hearings, Immediate Suspensions, Temporary Suspensions, Hearing Officer and Hearing Panel Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, Requests for Reinstatement, Temporary Suspensions, and other matters today. I have several cases on the Compliance Agenda which is why I attend the meetings to hear the voting and comments of Board members in open session.
