State Nursing Boards are tough enough already in disciplinary cases. And there is a little thing called procedural due process in administrative law cases. Administrative law rRespondent-licensees are already provided less rights and process than what you see in civil and criminal cases, what's next? No due process, no investigation, just turn in your license and go to jail, go directly to jail, do not pass GO, and do not collect $200. Yes, I am old school and its the board game Monopoly.
What are you advocating for anyway? Permanent License Revocation and Protective Isolation for nurses involved in State Nursing Board complaints, investigations, and adjudications!
Three posts in one day and I am on a roll, baby!
Also what is bad? Having a med error now makes you a bad nurse?
I couldnt believe they printed names I say print the names of bad newspaper editors and journalist and for grammatical errors make them pay!
