An attorney colleague needs:
* a RN to review medical records and provide an opinion for the plaintiff in a med mal case;
* must be available for a deposition and trial as a expert witness;
* RN, BSN or RN, MSN with certifications preferred;
* unemcumbered and unrestricted license (i.e. no discipline of any kind by any regulatory board); and
* prefer home health and long term care background, significant experience providing direct care in home health, and currently working in home health either in direct care or management.
