RN and APRN 2011 Renewal: Does the Ohio Nursing Board have your correct address?

This is part of an email I received from the Ohio Board of Nursing about renewing my RN license:

All RN and Advanced Practice Nurses who are eligible to renew their licenses this year will receive notification by mail (at the end of March) along with instructions on how to renew their license on-line. Nurses who do not wish to renew their license on-line MUST submit a request for a paper application via mail, fax or e-mail. Telephone requests will not be accepted.

Renewal notices or applications will be mailed to the address on file with the Board. If you have moved since your last renewal, and have not notified the Board of the change, you must do so immediately to ensure that your renewal notice is mailed to the correct address. Address changes cannot be accepted by telephone and MUST be submitted in writing. When notifying the Board of your address change, please include your full name, license number, and new mailing address including your county and telephone number.
