It never fails; I speak with a nursing student, new nurse, or NCLEX-Applicant who has regrets related to the Initial Application for Licensure by Examination submitted to the Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana State Nursing Board.
It is that time of the year again. I am offering a Tuna Melt Special for nursing students. The cost of a legal consultation to review your Application for Licensure, records to be submitted to the State Nursing Board, and speak with you by telephone is $99.99.
Are you required to check YES and answer in the affirmative on your Application for Licensure by Examination with the State Nursing Board in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana?
This special runs until September 1, 2013.
Are you interested in working with me? I would like to help you. Please do the following:
1. Call or email Tina.
Tina is my virtual office assistant and schedules ALL of my appointments. Virtual means Tina and I are not physically in the same office however she works at my direction.
Please provide Tina with all of your contact information including your mailing and email address. Give her a summary of the reason why you are scheduling the legal consultation with me. Lastly tell her you want the $99.99 Tuna Melt Special.
Also you are calling a law firm; We are legally and ethically obligated to safeguard the confidences of clients and prospective clients; You are not calling the State Nursing Board office. We need your name and contact information for risk management, conflict checking, and common sense reasons. Please don't call and say you can't provide your first and last name for confidentiality concerns; it gives me something to laugh about for at least 2-3 minutes.

2. Tina will schedule the appointment, take your credit card information, and confirm the amount to be charged. I will process your credit card payment as I am the only person in my firm authorized to process credit card payments.
You can also pay the fee on-line via my website at www.nursing-jurisprudence.com or SNAIL MAIL a check or money order to my attention.
3. Scan/email, fax (855-859-5079), or SNAIL MAIL your documents to me. Send me EVERYTHING. I would rather have too much information than not enough information to review prior to our appointment.
